Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Codeskode, we value transparency and fairness in all our dealings. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which students may request cancellations and refunds for our training programs, courses, and related services. By enrolling, you agree to these terms.

1. General Terms

  • Fees paid to Codeskode are generally non-refundable unless specifically covered under this policy.
  • All refund or cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to support@codeskode.com.
  • Processing of approved refunds may take 10–15 working days from the date of approval.
  • Refunds will be credited only to the original mode of payment.

2. Cancellation Before Course Start

  • Students may cancel their enrollment up to 7 days before the course commencement date.
  • If cancellation is requested within this period, a refund will be issued after deducting an administrative fee of 15% of the total course fee.
  • No refunds will be provided for cancellations requested within 7 days of the course start date.

3. Withdrawal After Course Start

  • Once a student has attended the first session or accessed digital course material, fees will not be refunded.
  • If a student discontinues after the course begins, no refund will be issued for the unused portion of the program.
  • Transfer to another batch or program may be permitted at the discretion of Codeskode, subject to availability and management approval.

4. Installment Payments

  • If the student is enrolled under an installment plan, failure to pay future installments will result in suspension of services and access.
  • Amounts already paid will not be refunded.
  • Outstanding dues may be pursued legally if not cleared within the stipulated time.

5. Placement-Linked Programs

  • Placement assistance is based on performance, attendance, and completion of course requirements.
  • No refund will be entertained on the grounds of failure to secure employment.
  • Students removed from the program due to misconduct or non-compliance will not be eligible for refunds.

6. Digital Products & Services

  • Any digital course, e-book, downloadable study material, or recorded session once accessed/downloaded is non-refundable.
  • Technical issues arising from the student’s end (e.g., poor internet, hardware/software failure) will not qualify for refunds.

7. Batch Transfer & Substitution

  • Students may request a transfer to another batch at least 3 days before the start date, subject to availability.
  • Transfers after the course has begun will be at the sole discretion of Codeskode management.
  • Enrollment is non-transferable; students cannot substitute another person in their place once the course begins.

8. Policy Exceptions

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis in extraordinary situations such as:

  • Serious medical emergencies (documented evidence required).
  • Course cancellation initiated by Codeskode.
