Welcome to Codeskode. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your enrollment, participation, and use of Codeskode’s courses, training programs, and services (collectively “Services”). By registering with us or using our website, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read carefully before enrolling.

1. Eligibility for Courses

  • Students must be at least 16 years of age to apply for beginner-level programs.
  • For advanced programs, a minimum qualification (such as 10+2, diploma, or degree) may be required, which will be specified at the time of admission.
  • Students must provide accurate, complete, and verifiable information during enrollment.
  • Admission may be denied or revoked if false information is provided.

2. Right of Admission

Codeskode reserves the absolute right of admission. Admission may be denied or canceled if:

  • The applicant provides false or misleading information.
  • The student fails to meet eligibility criteria.
  • The student engages in misconduct, indiscipline, or violates Codeskode’s rules.
  • Fees are not paid within the stipulated time.

Decisions taken by Codeskode regarding admission are final and binding.

3. Fees & Payment Terms

  • All fees must be paid in full or through an approved installment plan before access is granted.
  • Fees once paid are non-refundable, except under the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
  • Late payments may result in suspension of services or additional late fees.
  • All payments must be made only through authorized and official channels.

4. Course Material & Intellectual Property

  • All course content, videos, study materials, software, and resources are protected under intellectual property laws.
  • Students are granted a limited, non-transferable, personal license to access and use the material only for learning.
  • Copying, recording, distributing, reselling, or sharing study material without prior permission is strictly prohibited.
  • Any violation may lead to legal action and termination of enrollment.

5. Attendance & Student Responsibilities

  • Minimum 75% attendance (online/offline) is required for certificates or placement support.
  • Students must actively participate in classes, assignments, and projects.
  • Misconduct, cheating, plagiarism, or violation of discipline will result in termination without refund.
  • Students are responsible for having required hardware, software, and internet connection for online classes.

6. Certification & Placement Support

  • Certificates will be awarded only after successful completion of all requirements.
  • Placement support is provided but employment is not guaranteed.
  • Opportunities depend on performance, skills, and recruiter requirements.
  • Students must attend mock interviews, resume workshops, and assessments to qualify for placement support.

7. Code of Conduct

  • Students must maintain professional behavior towards trainers, staff, and peers.
  • Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
  • Codeskode reserves the right to suspend or expel students for misconduct.

8. Refund & Cancellation

  • Refunds are strictly governed by the separate Refund Policy.
  • Requests must be submitted in writing via email within the prescribed time frame.
  • No refunds for students failing to attend classes or terminated due to misconduct.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Codeskode is not liable for failure to secure employment post-course completion.
  • Not responsible for technical issues beyond control (internet outages, errors, etc.).
  • Not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Liability is limited to the extent of fees paid by the student.

10. Amendments to Terms

Codeskode reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Students must review updates regularly. Continued use of services indicates acceptance of changes.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of [Your City].
